Caitlyn uses her past experience in culture building and project management to not only help our clients with any operational needs that may arise, but also in building SeriesUp’s company structure and culture. She's worked in tech startups throughout her career, so she's worn lots of hats and understands the unique challenges that fast-growing businesses deal with. She specializes in operations and employee experience, and most recently she was the Director of Operations for a global team. Outside of work, you can find her reading the newest bestseller, exploring Madison by stroller with her husband and son, or whipping up baked goods to go with her (many) cups of coffee.

Leon is an experienced finance and operational accounting leader with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries. He specializes in supporting start-ups and growth-stage companies, bringing a strategic approach to scaling operations and optimizing financial processes. He has deep expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy. In prior roles as Controller and VP of Finance, Leon led teams through high-growth phases, improved financial clarity, and implemented systems to support sustainable growth. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and two kids, attending live concerts, and staying active.

With 15 years of experience, Jon has seen startup finance from several angles: public accounting, venture capital, and full-time operating roles. Since leaving the investor side of the table, he's worked at several startups, from pre-revenue through $200M in topline revenue, across both B2B and DTC models. That range means he knows which problems are worth solving now and which ones can wait. Jon excels when teaming up with founders as a true partner, helping them sidestep mistakes he's seen before and translating financial complexity into actionable decisions. Outside of work, Jon is a devoted sports fan, usually in the middle of a good book, and spends his free time with his wife and their adorable Maltipoo.

Ana is a CPA with 13+ years in corporate accounting and finance, five of them on senior leadership teams at venture-, growth equity-, and PE-backed SaaS companies. She specializes in building finance functions from the ground up, often as the first finance hire, then scaling them through fundraising, restructuring, M&A, and exit. An entrepreneur at heart, Ana understands what cash means to a growing business, and specializes in extending runway through spend optimization, collections operations, and commercial strategy. She partners closely with CEOs and boards, owning the financial story of the business and the operational rhythm behind it. Ana lives in Atlanta with her daughter and dog, and loves pilates, reading, and being on the water.

Joseph Hensley is a Strategic Controller and Certified Public Accountant with 15 years of experience building and scaling finance operations for high-growth, venture-backed companies. He specializes in establishing financial controls, streamlining month-end closes, leading ERP system migrations, and preparing organizations for financial statement audits. Over his career, Joseph has guided multiple organizations through major growth phases, supporting debt and equity fundraising and establishing lean, audit-ready accounting architecture.

Bringing over 15 years of experience across public accounting, health sciences, and consumer brands, Jen is a CPA who loves building and shaping finance functions. She specializes in scaling financial operations, compressing month-end close cycles, and guiding teams through M&A integrations. Jen brings a rigorous analytical mindset and a genuine love for learning and mastering new systems.  She focuses on cutting through the complexity of financial operations and workflows to keep teams moving forward.  Away from the numbers, Jen keeps busy with her husband and two kids camping, traveling, catching live music, and diving into a great read.

With 15 years of diverse experience spanning a Fortune 50 Corporation, a National Nonprofit Association, and high-growth startups, Paige has built a career on adaptability and impact. She thrives in fast-moving environments where she can own the own the accounting function and build the systems and processes scaling companies need from the ground up. Over her career, Paige has partnered closely with leadership teams and worked cross functionally to add efficiencies to day-to-day accounting operations, streamline the Month End Close, and support financial modeling and reporting; turning data into insights that drive confident business decisions. As a licensed CPA, Paige brings both technical rigor and a practical, business-first mindset to every organization she works with. In her personal life, Paige loves spending time with her husband and two sons, playing tennis, and always has a book in hand.

Erah brings 10 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, having supported businesses across restaurants, retail, and hospitality. Her expertise spans financial statement preparation, month-end close, payroll, and multi-client A/P, using tools like QuickBooks Online, Restaurant365, Bill.com, and Ramp — plus hands-on experience preparing business and individual tax returns. A Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she has a sharp eye for detail and a passion for making accounting processes smoother and more efficient. Outside of work, she's embracing motherhood and cherishing every moment building a home with her husband and two sons.

Luis is an experienced accounting and finance professional with over 27 years of experience across the F&B, construction, manufacturing, and BPO industries. He specializes in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, bringing a meticulous, process-driven approach to managing multi-entity and multi-client portfolios. He has deep expertise in accounts receivable/payable, bank and intercompany reconciliations, budgeting, payroll compliance, and taxation across international standards including GST, CPF, and VAT. In prior roles as Chief Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, and Account Manager, Luis led teams across the Philippines, Singapore and Middle East, strengthening internal controls and delivering accurate, timely financial insight to support business decisions.
